As anyone who knows Paul can attest to, my darling husband has a slight tendency to overheat. As it has been being very hot and humid here in Ubud, he has had some interesting sweat patterns on his shirts the past few days.
This evening, being our final night in Indonesia, I decided to check trip advisor for the top restaurants in Ubud. I found one that I looked up on google maps and it was only a 4 minute walk away.
Note to self, check the icon that has the little walking figure and/or refer to the distance before reassuring Paul that “it’s only a 5 minute walk, it will be great!”
It all worked out great in the end but on the way there I had the giggles (which is not always appreciated; apparently I am unsympathetic to his special challenges), and Paul walked at a slow and steady pace so he didn’t have to sit through dinner with a wet shirt.
